Fried Won Ton

Now, you fella like lup cheong an fly lice, you gonna love disa numba one, won ton, deep flied... disa what you need for make da kine.
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 can water chesnuts, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped fine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or, 1/2 T
  • garlic powder)
  • 1 T fresh ginger, minced (or, 1 tsp. ginger powder)
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 3 T oyster sauce
  • 1 pkg. won ton skins
  • 1 egg
Okay, so firs you wen mix em erryting all up in one bowl, excep fo da won ton skin, you gah dat? now you puta egg ina small bowrl and beat em up good. You gah dat? Den you take one won ton skin, layem flat an put one teaspoon da kine mixture stuff in da centa da skin. Now wid one small brush, you wen put liddibit egg on da two opposite sides of one point and brin em down folded so de look like one triangle an da egg part stick to da dry part and stay so da meat no can fall out. 

You gah dat? Now you all set fo deep fly. When da oil hot enough, put in the filled won ton and fly em but you got to huli for make sure de stay golden on da udda side. wen pau, drain on da papah towel. You can keep warm in da 250 oven if you likee. You gah dat? Dis buggah some good for pu pu or for grine.
